Product capacity, size and insulation performance are approximate and may vary depending on use. All prices are subject to change without notice. Bundle discounts apply only as shown at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders placed at an incorrect price, in which case you will receive a full refund. Payment is processed securely through our payment providers. By placing an order, you confirm that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method.
6. ORDERS
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.
7. SHIPPING
Shipping is described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery can take up to 30 business days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs or events outside our control.
8. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Shipping Protection fees, digital products and gift cards are non-refundable as described in that policy.
9. PRODUCT USE AND CARE
Hand wash recommended. Do not put the cup in the microwave or oven. The stem attaches with a magnet: keep it away from young children, pacemakers and magnetic cards or devices. Take care with hot drinks, as the cup may stay hot. We are not responsible for injury or damage caused by misuse, modification, or use other than the intended purpose of the product.

Our site may contain links to third-party websites or use third-party services such as payment processors and shipping carriers. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of third parties.

17. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with our Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Cheersy.
18. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta. This does not remove any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.
19. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
